At WILD Pet Food, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Products

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free of pet hair or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
